Heyrana immigrated to the U.S. when she was 10yrs old. Her life in The Philippines and the U.S. has always driven how she expresses herself on canvas. She is an Artist who loves to challenge the beauty of minimalism with different mediums and textures.
In this new series Heyrana has been experimenting by mixing her own acrylics with natural pigments. She created her own palette with soft neutral colors painted on wood panels and influenced by Women who have crossed her path.
She paints and lives in The East Bay with her husband and two girls.
